DEMETER (2020-2025) is an international project which aims at characterizing the changes in animal and plant agrobiodiversity (pig, sheep, goat, barley) influenced by environmental and socio-economic factors in the Northwestern Mediterranean basin, since the beginnings of agriculture that occurred 8 millennia ago in the region.
